Birth and Postpartum Support Los Angeles

Hi!  My name is Sophie and I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula in Los Angeles. I am a Dona-trained certified birth doula, Trained Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula, certified ayurvedic postpartum doula, and trained newborn care specialist in the LA area. I believe that every woman and mother deserves the support she wants and needs however that may look. I have over 12 years of experience in childcare in Switzerland and the U.S., and serve clients and English and German. I have focused my work in early childhood, then saw a need in postpartum care after the birth of my daughter. Later on I got curious about helping moms during pregnancy and birthing time. I have always been drawn to holistic healing and the power of the human mind and body. I love cooking anything from pasta to kitchari, believe in the healing power of meditation and breath work and value a balanced approach of traditional and alternative medicine. My goal is to make you feel safe and deeply empowered as a parent.
