Service Description
Experience comprehensive, personalized care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey — all virtually. This package includes two prenatal coaching calls (60–75 minutes each) where we’ll develop your birth plan, discuss nutrition, comfort measures, and prepare you emotionally for labor. You’ll have unlimited early labor text support to guide you through those first challenging hours at home, plus 3 hours of live virtual labor support via video or phone when active labor begins. Finally, a postpartum coaching call helps you adjust, recover, and thrive in the early weeks with your newborn. Ideal for expecting parents seeking expert virtual doula care without in-person visits, this package provides evidence-based guidance, emotional support, and practical tools from pregnancy through postpartum.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time. 💛
