Postpartum Night Support
Bringing home a newborn is beautiful—but the exhaustion that comes with nighttime wake-ups, feedings, and uncertainty can be overwhelming. As your overnight postpartum doula, I provide gentle, expert care for both you and your baby throughout the night, so you can get the rest your body and mind truly need.
Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combo feeding, I’ll support your feeding goals while tending to your baby’s needs—diapering, soothing, and settling—so you can sleep with peace of mind knowing your baby is in nurturing hands.
Night support may include:
• Soothing, diapering, and overnight baby care
• Feeding support (bottle prep, bringing baby for feeds, or full bottle-feeding so you can rest)
• Lactation guidance and latching support if nursing overnight
• Gentle newborn sleep education and observation
• Recovery support for you: snacks, hydration, and emotional check-ins
• Light household help (bottle washing, baby laundry, etc.)
• Creating a realistic day/night rhythm and feeding schedule to support better rest for the whole family
Overnight shifts are typically 10–12 hours, starting between 8-9 PM.
This support is ideal during the first 12 weeks postpartum or anytime you’re feeling depleted, anxious, or in need of consistent rest.
