My Story
My journey into the world of babies began early.
Some of my earliest memories are of waiting for my dad—then head of the neonatal unit—surrounded by caring nurses and teeny tiny humans. As a 4-year-old girl, having all eyes on you in a room full of babies made me feel incredibly special. That early exposure sparked a lifelong love for children.
As I grew, I naturally found myself working as a babysitter, which eventually led to nannying. After moving to the United States, I became a mother myself. Despite all my experience caring for children, motherhood was a different kind of challenge—overwhelming and all-consuming. I struggled to nourish myself, care for my own needs, and find space to understand who I was becoming as a mother.
Looking back, I feel deeply grateful for that time because it shaped the work I do today. My own experience allows me to support and nourish new mothers so they can experience a postpartum period that is full of healing and not just survival.
After staying home with my daughter for a few years, I returned to the workforce and was introduced to the world of newborn and postpartum care through a friend. I completed several professional trainings and began offering daytime support, eventually moving into overnight care. A few years later, I expanded my skills by completing my birth doula training and becoming a Hypno-Doula through Hypnobabies.
I truly love this work.
Whether I’m supporting families virtually or in person, I love gently guiding new parents, offering evidence-based insight, and sharing the tools I’ve learned over the years. I believe that nutrition plays a foundational role in how the body prepares for and recovers from birth, but I also understand that healing is never one-dimensional. Our physical, emotional, and mental well-being are deeply connected.
To deepen my ability to support mothers holistically, I studied integrative health and functional wellness approaches. I use these principles to help women make real-life adjustments that support their energy, mood, and overall healing in postpartum and beyond.
As a mother who experienced a deeply challenging pregnancy and postpartum time, there is nothing I want more than to help another woman not just survive—but thrive.
