Birth Support
For the calm, confident, and connected birth you deserve.
As your Certified Birth Doula, I provide non-judgmental, personalized support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. Together, we’ll prepare you physically, emotionally, and mentally to feel informed, grounded, and deeply supported—no matter where or how you give birth.
I’m on-call for you starting at 37 weeks, offering virtual support in early labor and in-person support during active labor at your chosen birthplace—whether that’s a hospital, birth center, or your home. I’ll also guide your partner so they feel confident, connected, and prepared to support you every step of the way.
